Observations from SE5
I thought that Elizabeth's short essay on the importance of breakfast was quite interesting. What I found most interesting about her essay was the fact that breakfast not only effects your health but also your mood. I never thought that skipping breakfast would play into your mood for the rest of the day. Along the lines of breakfast I thought that Rebecca's SE5 was quite interesting as well. She chose to write about breakfast cereal and some of the health benefits. What I found most appealing was the fact that people who eat cereal in the mornings tend to have a healthier lifestyle, and is also associated with higher levels of physical activity. Who knew that cereal could have these kinds of benefits?
